Yucca Valley Parks and Facilities

 

  • Yucca Valley Community Center. The Community Center is the location of the Hi-Desert Nature Museum, Senior Center, Town Hall, Library and sports facilities which include softball, soccer, basketball, sand volleyball, playground equipment and a picnic area. The center is located at Dumosa and the Twentynine Palms Highway. Contact the Community Center at 760-369-7211.

  • BMX Track. This facility is located near the corner of Sage and Sunnyslope, just north of the wash behind the Yucca Valley Community Center.

  • Boys & Girls Club. The Boys & Girls Club is in a partnership with the Town of Yucca Valley. The Club is open Monday - Friday 2:00 pm through 6:00 pm. This is also the home of the Yucca Valley Boxing Club and the Brehm Youth Sports Park. Located at 56525 Little League Drive.

  • Hi-Desert Park. The recently renovated park includes three tee-ball fields, picnic area, two lighted tennis courts, new basketball court and playground equipment. Located at 55680 Onaga Trail.

  • Machris Park. This beautiful 12-acre park in the Sky Harbor area of Yucca Valley features a lighted softball/baseball field, community building, playground, restrooms, basketball court and covered picnic area. Located at 59100 Santa Barbara Drive.

  • North Park. An 80-acre natural area with a trail and a picnic site, located on Fairway Drive in the Old Town district of Yucca Valley.

  • Paradise Valley Park. The home of the Paradise Neighborhood Center which hosts many activities including a pool table, air hockey, ping-pong, video games and more. The recently renovated park has playground equipment, half-court basketball, sand volleyball, tee-ball field and a picnic area. Is located at 58938 Barron Drive.

  • "Pop" Rauch Memorial Park. Owned and operated by Tri-Valley Little League, this park includes four ball fields (two being lighted) and complementary facilities. It is located at 56625 Little League Drive.

  • Remembrance Park. Formerly Triangle Park, this passive park is located in the heart of Yucca Valley and is a unique example of beautiful desert landscaping. Located on the Twentynine Palms Highway near Pioneertown Road this park is also the home of the famous Saber Tooth Tiger statue.

  • Skate Park. The Skate Park is located on the north side of the Community Center complex next to the basketball courts. All skateboarders and in-line skaters are welcome to enjoy this facility from dawn to dusk.

  • South Park. Another 80-acre natural park with a hiking trail that allows visitors to enjoy a magnificent view of Yucca Valley and the surrounding mountains. Located near Joshua Tree National Park at Black Rock Canyon Campground.
