President's Message

President’s Message

Vickie L. Bridenstine

President

I am honored to become the next president of the Yucca Valley Chamber of Commerce.  I want to take this opportunity to thank Dave Eckenburg for his service and commitment this past year.  His dedication and devotion are just examples of his giving spirit and loyalty to the businesses of this community.  I am looking forward to working with him, our great board and dedicated staff to make this next year at the chamber exciting and productive.

As we all struggle in this “challenging” economy, I would like to remind everyone that we will be stronger if we all work together.  Like a rope, a single strand will not be as strong as the strands that are woven and twisted together to become a rope.  It is important that we all work together and support our local businesses.  Besides the income that this provides to our friends and neighbors, it keeps our sales tax dollars here in our own community.  Before you drive down the hill to shop, please visit our local businesses and see what our Yucca Valley businesses have to offer.  You may be surprised.

What better way to work together than by joining and participating in the chamber of commerce.  This is your chamber and your community.   Let’s all work together to make Yucca Valley prosper!

Looking forward to a prosperous new year,

Vickie Bridenstine - President
